Loss Prevention Officer

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the property to monitor and assess security needs
• Respond promptly to security alarms, incidents, and guest inquiries
• Monitor surveillance cameras and report suspicious activities
• Assist in investigating incidents such as theft or vandalism
• Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with safety protocols
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities and irregularities
• Communicate safety procedures to guests and staff

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in security or loss prevention, preferably in hospitality
• Strong observational and communication skills
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
• Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations
• Basic knowledge of security systems and safety protocols
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
