Loss Prevention Executive

Responsibilities

• Actively monitor store and DC premises through regular patrols and CCTV to identify suspicious activities or safety hazards
• Deter theft and policy violations through a visible and professional security presence
• Ensure all security equipment, including cameras and alarms, is functioning correctly
• Respond promptly to security or safety incidents such as theft or accidents
• Prepare clear and accurate daily activity logs and incident reports
• Preserve evidence and assist the SLP Manager in preliminary investigations
• Conduct routine checks to ensure staff compliance with security and safety policies
• Use basic data keeping and analysis skills to maintain records of security checks and audits
• Assist in periodic inventory counts and operational audits to identify sources of shrinkage

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in any related field
• 1-2 years of experience in retail, warehousing, logistics, or similar on-ground operations
• High degree of integrity and professional ethics
• Basic data keeping and analytical skills
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail
• Good verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English
• Physical fitness to stand or walk for extended periods
