Loss Prevention Coordinator and DCE System Support

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate incident and accident files related to mobile vehicles
• Support and monitor electronic logging device (DCE) systems across North American sites
• Analyze accident reports for quality and accuracy
• Coordinate with compliance and road safety teams to identify improvement opportunities
• Maintain up-to-date lists of insurable assets and coordinate insurance renewals
• Act as technical support for the DCE system and manage unit inventory
• Participate in database and information system improvements

Requirements

• DEC in logistics or business administration
• 2 years of experience in accident or insurance management
• Experience managing an electronic logging device (DCE) system
• Proficiency in Excel and strong data handling skills
• Bilingualism in French and English (spoken and written)
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
