Loss Prevention and ELD System Support Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for accident file management and follow-up with involved parties
• Analyze accident reports and ensure information quality
• Consolidate information and work with compliance and road safety teams to identify improvement opportunities
• Maintain the list of insurable equipment and coordinate with insurance brokers for renewals and certificates
• Provide technical support for the Electronic Logging Device (ELD/DCE) system
• Track ELD units in circulation and assist with inventory management for transport operations
• Participate in improving the ELD database and recorded information

Requirements

• DEC in logistics or business administration
• 2 years of experience in accident management or insurance
• Experience managing Electronic Logging Device (ELD) systems
• Proficiency in Excel and data management
• Bilingualism in French and English (oral and written)
• Strong organizational, analytical, and meticulous skills
• Professional communication skills
