Loss Prevention Analyst

Responsibilities

• Implement regional Loss Prevention standards to ensure operational excellence and propose value-added solutions.
• Monitor and ensure the performance and compliance of physical security service providers.
• Create and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), develop security occurrence reports, and conduct vulnerability studies.
• Perform internal and external rounds within the yard and logistics warehouse, conducting risk-based security audits.
• Interact with various organizational levels to communicate results, align actions, and support the resolution of security incidents.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Administration, Logistics, Security, or related fields.
• Proven experience in logistics operations, specifically in process mapping and security auditing.
• Proficiency in indicator management tools and experience with monitoring or access control systems.
• Valid Category B driver's license and possession of a personal vehicle.
• Availability to work onsite in Cajamar, São Paulo, on a six-day weekly schedule (14:00 to 22:00).
