LOreal Luxe Fragrance Counter Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the counter team to achieve sales, service, and productivity targets for L’Oréal Luxe fragrance brands
• Deliver exceptional client experiences through tailored fragrance consultations and elevated service standards
• Build and maintain a loyal client base using strong clienteling and follow-up strategies
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members through ongoing training and performance support
• Manage daily counter operations including rosters, reporting, inventory control, and visual merchandising
• Ensure the counter reflects a luxury image through impeccable presentation and hygiene standards
• Collaborate with store and brand teams to execute in-store events, activations, and marketing campaigns
• Oversee stock management to ensure optimal availability of key launches and core products

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience within the fragrance or luxury beauty sector
• Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on high-end clienteling
• Experience in team coaching, development, and motivation
• Proficiency in inventory management and visual merchandising
• Valid Australian working rights
