Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional luxury experience by offering personalised fragrance consultations across the L’Oréal Luxe portfolio
• Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs to contribute to overall counter performance
• Develop strong client relationships through expert fragrance knowledge and storytelling
• Maintain a visually stunning and organised counter reflecting brand prestige
• Stay up to date with fragrance trends, new launches, and brand education
• Support in-store events, activations, and brand promotions to drive engagement
• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory control
• Uphold high grooming standards and brand presentation to reflect the luxury image

Requirements

• Passionate fragrance expert with deep interest in luxury scents
• Outstanding customer service skills and ability to build client rapport
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Valid Australian working rights
