Loop Operator

Responsibilities

• Monitor vehicles, drivers, and loading stations to ensure maximum safety, security, and efficiency
• Coordinate swift and decisive emergency response actions in the event of an incident
• Dispatch drivers dynamically to ensure a seamless, world-class experience for guests
• Manage driver breaks and lunches to maintain customer experience while adhering to work-hour limitations
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects as the transit system expands

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid United States Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record
• Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) mandated drug screening
• Availability for evening, overnight (graveyard), and weekend shifts
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work proactively and independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Proven ability to maintain composure under high-pressure or emergency situations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
• Experience in email-based customer support or dispatch environments
