About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with strategically important decision makers in the assigned geography.
  • Represent psychiatry products within Long Term Care (LTC) accounts by implementing product access strategies.
  • Demonstrate business acumen to identify and quantify business opportunities within the territory.
  • Monitor account performance to drive incremental psychiatry product sales.
  • Collaborate with field representatives and sales leadership to ensure successful product pull-through.
  • Engage with key LTC stakeholders including nursing home staff, pharmacies, consultant pharmacists, and physicians.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 4 years of pharmaceutical, healthcare, or pharmaceutical sales experience.
  • Valid US driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to travel as required, including potential overnight and/or weekend travel.
  • Ability to successfully pass background, motor, and drug screening.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated career success in Long Term Care (LTC) networking and local pull-through.
  • Previous experience specifically within the Long Term Care industry or a related field.
