About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with strategically important decision makers in the assigned Long Term Care (LTC) geography.
- Represent psychiatry products within LTC accounts by building relationships with key stakeholders including nursing home staff, pharmacies, and physicians.
- Collaborate with local sales teams to implement and drive product access strategies.
- Monitor account performance to ensure compliance and drive incremental psychiatry product sales.
- Analyze business trends and opportunities to create and quantify growth within the territory.
- Proactively engage with field representatives and sales leadership to align commercial activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 4 years of pharmaceutical, healthcare, or pharmaceutical sales experience.
- Valid US driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to travel as required, which may include overnight and/or weekend travel.
- Ability to successfully pass background, motor, and drug screening.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience specifically within the Long Term Care (LTC) industry or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in LTC networking and local product pull-through.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and building effective customer relationships.
