About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with strategically important decision makers in the assigned Long Term Care (LTC) geography.
  • Represent psychiatry products within LTC accounts by building relationships with key stakeholders including nursing home staff, pharmacies, and physicians.
  • Collaborate with local sales teams to implement and drive product access strategies.
  • Monitor account performance to ensure compliance and drive incremental psychiatry product sales.
  • Analyze business trends and opportunities to create and quantify growth within the territory.
  • Proactively engage with field representatives and sales leadership to align commercial activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 4 years of pharmaceutical, healthcare, or pharmaceutical sales experience.
  • Valid US driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to travel as required, which may include overnight and/or weekend travel.
  • Ability to successfully pass background, motor, and drug screening.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience specifically within the Long Term Care (LTC) industry or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in LTC networking and local product pull-through.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and building effective customer relationships.
