Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the company's transport flows and logistics solutions
• Initially take responsibility for and further develop Skrotfrags logistics
• Manage procurement and negotiation of transport agreements
• Drive the development of the logistics organization
• Analyze and optimize routes, fill rates, and costs
• Ensure regulatory compliance, quality, and high safety levels
• Drive digitalization and efficiency of flows
• Contribute actively to sustainability work and reducing climate impact

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role within logistics or transport
• Relevant education in logistics/supply chain or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in negotiating and procuring transport services
• Experience with ERP systems and digital logistics tools
• Strong understanding of transport economics, route optimization, and regulations
• B-driver's license
• Proficiency in Swedish and English
