Logistics/Freight Forwarding Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily freight operations including air, ocean, domestic, and international shipments
• Monitor shipments from booking through final delivery
• Review shipping documents such as B/L, AWB, invoices, ISF, and AES for accuracy
• Support and guide logistics coordinators by assigning daily tasks
• Coordinate with carriers, truckers, warehouses, and customs brokers
• Resolve shipment delays and customer issues
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and trade regulations

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics
• Basic knowledge of air and ocean freight operations
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency in logistics systems and Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior lead or team-support experience
• Bilingual (Spanish a plus)
