Logistics Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, and order processing.
• Manage a diverse team of warehouse staff with an emphasis on teamwork, quality, and engagement.
• Promote Health and Safety standards and ensure all personnel are suitably trained to perform roles safely.
• Identify and execute process improvement projects to enhance customer satisfaction and order fulfillment.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through visual inspection, counting, and scanning techniques.
• Work cross-functionally with Customer Experience Operations to elevate service levels.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, FDA, and Import/Export Customs requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional work experience.
• 5–7+ years of experience in distribution, logistics, or related industries.
• Proven experience managing a diverse team within a distribution or supply chain environment.
• Experience developing and improving operational processes.
• Demonstrated knowledge of OSHA, FDA, and Import/Export Customs regulations and controls.
