Logistics Training Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs for logistics team members
• Maintain and update training material, SOPs, and visual aids
• Conduct skills assessments and maintain training records for compliance
• Manage the Profi-Room as a central hub for operational excellence and visual management
• Collaborate with supervisors to identify training gaps and improvement opportunities
• Support kaizen activities and continuous improvement workshops
• Ensure training programs meet internal and external compliance standards like ISO and OSHA

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in automotive manufacturing logistics
• Experience in material handling, inventory management, or assembly line feeding
• Proven ability to lead logistics teams in an OEM environment
• Experience with process improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma
• Proficiency with WMS, ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and logistics software
• Familiarity with material handling equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in logistics, supply chain management, or business
• Certifications in supply chain management (e.g., APICS, Six Sigma, Lean)
