Logistics Traffic Specialist II

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily warehouse activities including ordering, receiving, storing, inventory control, and product shipment
• Plan and assign duties to warehouse staff, providing training and supervision as necessary
• Ensure prompt and cost-effective product delivery and verify package completeness prior to dispatch
• Maintain accurate stock information and monitor daily product movement against inventory levels
• Manage expired and recalled products and samples in compliance with standard quality operating procedures
• Order packaging materials and warehouse supplies as required
• Liaise with transport vendors regarding daily operational issues
• Ensure all warehouse documentation is completed accurately and adheres to internal Quality Management Systems
• Maintain database integrity and provide monthly statistics and reports on warehouse transactions to management
• Monitor the transit of goods with 3rd party logistics and sterilization services to ensure supply chain performance

Requirements

• Bachelor or Licenciature degree in International Trade, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience
• Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and Power BI
• English proficiency (70% desired)
