About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own and steer end-to-end logistics operations and 3PL relationships (UPS) in North America
  • Lead weekly operational calls, monthly KPI reviews, and escalation management
  • Manage rolling forecasts for inbound, outbound, and returns, translating sales forecasts into logistics plans
  • Steer logistics KPIs including OTIF, outbound performance, returns cycle time, and inventory accuracy
  • Own the end-to-end duty drawback process for the US and Canada
  • Act as the primary interface to customs brokers and external partners to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Monitor and maximize duty recovery opportunities while ensuring compliance with US CBP and Canadian customs regulations
  • Ensure data accuracy across D365, 3PL WMS, and reporting tools like Power BI and Excel

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations
  • Solid understanding of 3PL operations and logistics processes
  • Basic knowledge of global trade and foreign trade regulations
  • Experience with ERP systems, specifically Microsoft D365 preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills
