Responsibilities

• Analyze transportation data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and ensure data accuracy
• Manage freight lane data within Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and set up new lanes
• Interact with internal departments, country managers, and external customers to ensure data integrity
• Manage daily, weekly, monthly, and annual transportation reporting and design new deployment models
• Schedule container bookings for finished goods, raw materials, and premium commodities
• Maintain container logs to track shipments and trigger dates for inventory and billing
• Coordinate with warehouses and freight forwarders to ensure timely loading and customs clearance documentation
• Coordinate prepayment of customs clearance fees and assist in procuring shipping lane bids
• Communicate with internal departments to ensure product availability and adherence to quality and packaging standards

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in transportation, warehouse, or inventory management
• 1-3 years of experience creating and presenting high-level data analysis reports
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Intermediate SQL experience
• Experience with Business Intelligence software such as Power BI or Tableau

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field
• SAP experience
