Logistics Technician, Sr

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure cost-effective routing for delivered loads and back-hauls
• Create essential export documentation for international orders, including managing import duty tax and VAT submissions
• Document all material movements and logistics records accurately within the inventory management system
• Generate and analyze logistics reports to support KPI tracking and data-driven decision making
• Maintain customer databases, delivery windows, and profiles to resolve service issues effectively
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance overall logistics accuracy and efficiency

Requirements

• Demonstrated professional experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations
• Advanced proficiency with ERP systems and managing compliance documentation
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and organize workflows to meet strict deadlines and customer requirements
• Strong skills in recognizing and optimizing work processes
