Logistics Technician

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor material flows, kits, and logistics between Production, internal logistics, external warehouses, and suppliers
• Manage daily kit prioritization and resolve discrepancies in inventory or incomplete kits
• Act as the primary operational link between Production, Purchasing, Internal Logistics, and external providers
• Track orders, backorders, and urgent materials to ensure timely delivery and resolve transport issues
• Supervise material control in internal and subcontracted warehouses, validating inventory movements
• Prepare periodic reports and manage logistics documentation to provide visibility to key stakeholders
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, process standardization, and supply chain digitalization

Requirements

• Higher vocational training or University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Organization, or a related field
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot tables, PowerQuery, advanced lookups, and complex filters)
• Strong knowledge of Supply Chain processes and logistics flows (Supplier → External Warehouse → Plant)
• Experience in industrial or logistics environments, specifically in operational backoffice roles
• Proven ability in inventory control, logistics documentation management, and incident resolution
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using SharePoint as a collaborative repository
• Basic knowledge of Power BI for data visualization
• Familiarity with project management principles
• Knowledge of automation tools such as Power Automate
