Logistics Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle audits and data corrections to ensure all inventory controls are met
• Execute and document incoming and outgoing deliveries
• Coordinate with suppliers to initiate warranty claims and process failed hardware via RMA
• Reconcile and report inventory discrepancies
• Perform physical inventory tracking and staging
• Assist in the destruction of data-bearing devices following company policies and SLAs
• Comply with all security and data management policies

Requirements

• High School Diploma (or equivalent experience)
• 6 months of experience in inventory management, retail, warehouse management, or a related field
• Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in warehouse or supply chain within an IT environment
• Experience operating heavy-load movement equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks
