Logistics Technician Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Inventory & Asset Management technicians
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, inventory cycle counts, and audits
• Ensure data center regulatory compliance, safety practices, and documentation accuracy
• Manage warranty processes and data bearing device destruction
• Partner with internal stakeholders, vendors, and suppliers to resolve escalations
• Drive process improvements, standardization, and operational efficiency

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• Experience in warehouse, supply chain, logistics, or inventory management in an IT environment
• Experience directing, supervising, or coordinating teams and/or third-party vendors
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to travel between sites as needed
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a data center or critical environment
• Familiarity with procurement processes, purchase orders, and vendor management
• Experience identifying opportunities for automation and simplification
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills
