Responsibilities

• Ensure merchandise is safely and efficiently received and distributed throughout the store
• Maximise operational and organisational efficiency within the loading dock
• Maintain a safe working environment by promoting and undertaking safe work practices
• Support the smooth operational running of the Dubbo store

Requirements

• Experience in loading dock, logistics, or replenishment procedures is advantageous
• Flexible availability to meet business needs, including weekends, early mornings, and peak trading times
• Strong attention to detail, initiative, and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work and communicate effectively within a team environment
• Excellent customer service skills and a can-do attitude
• Valid Australian working rights
