Logistics Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Functional leadership of a team of 20–50 employees in the logistics area
• Coaching, training, and motivating the team to ensure performance and development
• Serving as the central contact person for operational and personnel issues
• Coordination and monitoring of daily operational processes
• Close cooperation with other team leaders and reporting to the shift leader or workflow manager
• Monitoring attendance, breaks, and working hours

Requirements

• Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain or initial experience in leadership/coordination
• Flexibility to work at least 3 Sundays per month
• Strong hands-on mentality and a structured, solution-oriented way of working
• Open and honest personality with the ability to build trust
• High team orientation and good sense for operational processes
• Good German and English skills in speaking and writing
