Logistics Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Manage and plan daily operational processes in delivery, picking, and goods receipt
• Plan personnel deployment and ensure smooth departmental workflows
• Coordinate internal and external delivery steps from customer order to route planning
• Oversee goods receipt, including inspection, delivery note verification, and supplier complaints
• Ensure compliance with legal and internal quality assurance standards (e.g., HACCP)
• Optimize and develop processes based on customer needs

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in trade or logistics (e.g., Wholesale Merchant, Logistics Specialist)
• Experience in dispatching, goods receipt, or logistics management
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Strong organizational skills and ability to remain calm under stress
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system
