Responsibilities
- Perform on-site monitoring of operations, leading production representative teams
- Create and identify improvement opportunities in collaboration with other company areas
- Provide continuous training to the team to contribute to their progress
- Assist and monitor team results with support from Representatives and the Supervisor
Requirements
- Completed higher education in Logistics, Quality, Administration, or related fields
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in people management and operational team leadership
- Focus on safety, quality, and productivity
- Availability to work in a 5x2 shift pattern
- Ability to work on-site in São Paulo - SP across various shifts
