About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and monitor daily logistics operations, including route planning, execution, and expedition tracking.
- Plan expedition cycles (AM, PM, and SD) and oversee route loading in the gemba in collaboration with carriers and partners.
- Ensure the safety and integrity of partners and employees by enforcing security policies and accident prevention protocols.
- Monitor productivity and performance indicators, performing analyses to support data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct continuous operational audits (Gemba Operacional) and propose improvement plans aligned with the Excellence Program.
- Manage processes with a focus on safety, productivity, quality, and cost while maintaining a positive work environment.
- Develop continuous improvement projects based on 5S and sustainability to optimize operations.
- Lead meetings with partners to define and structure actions based on critical point analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields.
- Proven experience in distribution center operational routines.
- Experience in people leadership, project management, and operational processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
- Availability to work on-site in a 6x1 shift from 14:00 to 22:18.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of technologies and tools such as TMS, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Python.
