Logistics Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor daily logistics operations, including route planning, execution, and expedition tracking.
• Plan expedition cycles (AM, PM, and SD) and oversee route loading in the gemba in collaboration with carriers and partners.
• Ensure the safety and integrity of partners and employees by enforcing security policies and accident prevention protocols.
• Monitor productivity and performance indicators, performing analyses to support data-driven decision-making.
• Conduct continuous operational audits (Gemba Operacional) and propose improvement plans aligned with the Excellence Program.
• Manage processes with a focus on safety, productivity, quality, and cost while maintaining a positive work environment.
• Develop continuous improvement projects based on 5S and sustainability to optimize operations.
• Lead meetings with partners to define and structure actions based on critical point analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields.
• Proven experience in distribution center operational routines.
• Experience in people leadership, project management, and operational processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
• Availability to work on-site in a 6x1 shift from 14:00 to 22:18.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of technologies and tools such as TMS, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Python.
