Logistics Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Monitor receiving, sorting, shipping, inventory (accuracy, loss/damage control, quality), and return stages to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
• Continuously analyze and report key operational performance indicators to ensure established goals are achieved.
• Control and follow up on action plans, ensuring deadlines are met and process risks are mitigated.
• Manage team work schedules, overtime, and organizational climate survey results for direct reports.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and operational procedures, identifying risks and implementing corrective or preventive actions.

Requirements

• Higher education degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields.
• Previous experience in Distribution Center operational routines or transport, including people management.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Power BI or creating management dashboards is a plus.
• Knowledge of quality tools, audit processes, and project management practices focused on continuous improvement.
• Availability to work onsite in Cabo de Santo Agostinho - PE on a 6x1 shift schedule (available shifts: 07:00-15:20, 14:00-22:20, or 19:00-03:20).
