About the role
Responsibilities
- Extract data and supervise operational routines with full autonomy
- Monitor real-time shift indicators including punctuality, productivity, and quality to prevent deviations
- Build reports and maintain updated, real-time operational dashboards
- Utilize Artificial Intelligence to identify data patterns, automate repetitive tasks, and draft clear reports
- Deliver structured and clear task handovers at the end of each shift
Requirements
- Higher education degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields
- Proficiency in SQL for developing reports with filters and aggregations
- Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets, including dynamic formulas, QUERY() function, and data connectors
- Productive use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini in daily workflows
- Availability to work onsite in São Jose Mipibu - RN
- Availability for a 6x1 shift schedule (22:00 to 05:00)
