Logistics Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site monitoring of operations, leading inbound or outbound representative teams to ensure a positive work environment and full operational support.
• Identify and create opportunities for continuous improvement by working on projects in collaboration with other company departments.
• Provide ongoing training to the team to support their professional progress and development.
• Assist in monitoring and tracking team results in coordination with Representatives and Supervisors.

Requirements

• Technical or higher degree in Logistics, Quality, Engineering, Administration, or related fields.
• Proven experience in people management and leading operational teams with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, operational indicator management, and Artificial Intelligence.
• Availability to work on-site in Gravataí, Brazil, following shift and scale schedules.
