Logistics Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site operational monitoring, leading production representative teams to ensure a positive work environment and full operational support.
• Identify and create opportunities for process improvement by collaborating on projects with other company departments.
• Provide continuous training to the team to support professional growth and development.
• Assist in monitoring and tracking team results in coordination with Representatives and Supervisors.

Requirements

• Completed higher education degree in Logistics, Quality, Administration, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven experience in people management and leading operational teams, with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
• Availability to work a 5x2 shift pattern on-site in Marília-SP (afternoon and night shifts available).
