Logistics Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Manage people and operational routines, including work schedules, overtime control, and team engagement.
• Ensure compliance with occupational safety standards and promote a culture of accident prevention.
• Identify risks, monitor incidents, and implement corrective and preventive actions in partnership with relevant areas.
• Manage logistics processes including inbound, sorting, shipping, inventory control (loss and damage, accuracy), and returns.
• Monitor operational results and service levels to ensure established goals and deadlines are met.
• Perform volume forecasting and projections to determine necessary staffing levels for the operation.

Requirements

• Higher education degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields.
• Proven experience in operational routines and managing both people and processes.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Power BI, or experience creating management dashboards and indicators.
• Availability to work a 5x2 shift (with rotating days off) at the Cravinhos, SP location.
• Ability to work the specific shift from 03:30 to 13:08.
