Logistics Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Verify the compliance and efficiency of operational processes with the logistics partner to ensure alignment with established standards.
• Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and promote continuous training in collaboration with the logistics partner.
• Develop indicator analyses, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Plan and execute projects to improve operational efficiency, evaluating results and adjusting actions as necessary.
• Monitor processing efficiency, inventory, and productivity to maintain smooth logistics operations.
• Detect and resolve operational discrepancies by proposing innovative solutions to optimize results.

Requirements

• Completed higher education degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields.
• Previous experience in process auditing within high-demand environments, specifically in logistics operations.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as BigQuery and Power BI.
• Availability to work on-site in Lago Sul - Brasília - DF, with a shift from 01:00 to 08:31, Wednesday to Monday (including rotating Sundays).
