Logistics Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop an outsourced operational team in a logistics environment, ensuring high performance and engagement.
• Act as a guardian of the company culture, promoting a positive work environment and fluid communication.
• Manage activities performed by partners and third parties, influencing teams and supporting contract management.
• Transform operational data into actionable business information using spreadsheets and reports.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including productivity, quality, absenteeism, and delivery capacity.
• Implement continuous improvement plans using quality tools to maximize safety and operational efficiency.
• Support workforce planning and resource dimensioning to handle demand peaks and variability.

Requirements

• Higher education degree in Logistics or related fields.
• Proven knowledge of quality tools such as 5S, Kaizen, 5 Whys, and PDCA.
• Intermediate proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
• Availability for 100% onsite work in São João do Meriti, Rio de Janeiro.
• Flexibility to work on a 5x2 scale, including occasional shifts on weekends and holidays.
