Logistics Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead and ensure logistics deliveries meet established goals and operational indicators.
• Manage and develop operational teams, including individual feedback, engagement, and performance tracking.
• Act as a protagonist in safety culture, managing health, safety, and environmental occurrences and investigations.
• Implement continuous improvement through Kaizen, 5S, and 5PQs methodologies.
• Monitor productivity and adherence to standard work instructions (SOPs) on the floor.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and execute improvement projects.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in logistics operations (transport, production, retail, e-commerce, inbound, sorting, or expedition).
• Experience leading operational teams (both internal and third-party).
• Proficiency in 5S, Kaizen, and 5PQs methodologies.
• Intermediate Excel skills and user-level knowledge of Power BI and Tableau for dashboard analysis.
• Availability to work onsite in Cascavel, Paraná, on a 5x2 shift (T1, T2, or T3).
