Logistics Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Manage, animate, and unite an operational logistics team through strong field presence and close supervision
• Organize and pilot daily activities, including inbound and outbound flows, ensuring compliance with Quality, Deadline, Cost, and Safety requirements
• Adapt organization, priorities, and resources to handle operational contingencies and unforeseen events
• Foster a climate of trust, cooperation, and accountability within the team
• Act as a key link for transverse communication between Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and support functions
• Monitor performance indicators, analyze variances, and propose corrective actions
• Ensure strict adherence to HSSE rules and internal procedures
• Support team skill development through training and polyvalence initiatives

Requirements

• Solid training or professional experience in logistics or an industrial environment
• Proven experience in field-based team management
• Strong knowledge of flow organization and operational processes
• Proficiency with IT tools and experience using ERP systems
• Natural leadership skills with a focus on being a role model for the team
• Ability to work effectively in a transverse and collaborative environment
