Logistics Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and supervise the logistics team to ensure high performance, safe work practices, and regulatory compliance
• Oversee all inbound and outbound shipment activities for Prime and Aftermarket sectors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation, including SAP entries and export paperwork
• Ensure strict adherence to export regulations, restricted-party screening, and CTPAT standards
• Select and evaluate carriers, review freight invoices, and resolve service discrepancies or claims
• Drive continuous improvement in logistics processes using LEAN principles

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in logistics and customs traffic management
• Prior supervisory or team-leadership experience in a logistics or warehouse environment
• Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations, export compliance, and CTPAT standards
• Proficiency in ERP systems, specifically SAP
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
