Logistics Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Receive, control, and temporarily store goods
• Prepare and organize shipments to the main warehouse
• Organize transport and coordinate with carriers
• Manage administrative tasks and ensure traceability
• Ensure compliance with procedures and quality standards
• Supervise, support, and mentor a small team member
• Propose continuous improvements for workflow, administration, and space optimization

Requirements

• Experience in logistics or warehouse management
• Hands-on, operational profile with a field-oriented approach
• Ability to supervise staff while remaining active in daily warehouse operations
• Strong sense of organization, rigor, and reliability
• Proficiency in English
