Logistics Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Create, supervise, and encourage a culture of safety and well-being within the team
• Analyze and implement changes to maintain high and consistent levels of quality and productivity
• Supervise projects aimed at streamlining processes, optimizing productivity, and improving customer service quality
• Analyze team performance against company objectives and implement actions to improve operational excellence
• Collaborate with management colleagues to standardize team practices
• Act as a mentor to new managers and lead daily operations on-site

Requirements

• Engineering, business, or university degree
• Experience managing large teams
• Experience in data analysis
• Fluency in both French and English (written and oral)

Preferred Qualifications

• Lean or Six Sigma certification
• Experience working in an industrial, logistics, or transportation environment
