Logistics Team Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics activities and support team operations to ensure efficient production order execution.
• Facilitate communication between team members to ensure alignment on tasks and schedules.
• Monitor adherence to safety, quality, and efficiency standards within the production environment.
• Manage resources, including materials and equipment, with a focus on cost consciousness.
• Lead the planning and execution of the 24-hour Communication Cycle, including shift handovers.
• Track day-to-day progress of tasks to ensure work is completed on time and within expectations.
• Coach, train, and support the development of team members regarding operational and technical competence.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, Technical School Degree, or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in a team coordination or administrative role.
• Experience working within a production environment.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in basic math and literacy.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to demonstrate attention to detail and flexibility in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience specifically in coordinating a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and learning agility.
