Logistics Team Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics activities and manage production order execution to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Facilitate communication between team members to maintain alignment on tasks and schedules
• Lead the planning and execution of the 24-hour Communication Cycle, including shift handovers and coverage
• Monitor adherence to safety, quality, and efficiency standards while identifying process optimization opportunities
• Manage resources such as materials and equipment effectively with a focus on cost consciousness
• Coach, train, and support the technical and operational development of the team
• Track day-to-day task progress to ensure work is completed on time and within expectations

Requirements

• High School Diploma, Technical School Degree, or equivalent
• 1 year of experience in team coordination or an administrative role
• Strong understanding of operational workflows, task prioritization, and resource management
• Relevant experience working within a production environment
• Basic computer, math, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience specifically in coordinating a team
