About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily logistical operations, including inventory control and kit processing for aircraft parts.
  • Review inventory to ensure product adjustments are properly applied and conduct monthly/annual cycle counting.
  • Plan and schedule kits for internal customers based on production needs and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Receive, unpack, and validate assets and paperwork (DD1574, DD1348, etc.) against shipping documentation.
  • Utilize various computer systems to receive units, create job numbers, and manage inventory locations.
  • Maintain electronic copies of all pertinent paperwork for a minimum of five years.
  • Follow all safety rules and procedures, including the use of required personal safety equipment.
  • Work mandatory overtime, which may include up to 10 hours daily and occasional weekends.

Requirements

  • US citizenship is required.
  • Ability to obtain access to an Air Force Base.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Two years of directly related work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas) and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Physical ability to lift 50lbs.
  • Strong multitasking and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of specific supply clerk experience.
  • Knowledge of MSS, RCARD, or similar computer software systems.
