Logistics Supply Clerk

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistical operations, including inventory control and kit processing
• Review inventory to ensure product adjustments are properly applied
• Plan and schedule kits for internal customers based on production needs
• Ensure on-time delivery of goods by investigating and resolving detention issues
• Run daily item availability reports and track parts to ensure kit completeness
• Receive, unpack, and validate assets and associated paperwork (DD1574, DD1348, etc.)
• Utilize ROL, MSS, and CAV systems to manage asset induction and inventory
• Conduct monthly and annual cycle counting
• Maintain safety standards and wear required personal protective equipment
• Work mandatory overtime up to 10 hours daily and occasional weekends

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Two years of directly related work experience
• US citizenship required
• Ability to access Air Force Base
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas) and Microsoft Outlook

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of specific supply clerk experience
• Knowledge of MSS, RCARD, or similar computer software systems
