Logistics & Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations across manufacturing, warehousing, suppliers, and customers
• Lead warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and stock control
• Manage transportation planning, route optimization, shipment scheduling, and delivery execution
• Oversee import/export activities, customs clearance, freight forwarding, and shipping documentation
• Manage relationships with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and transport companies
• Monitor logistics, warehousing, transportation, and distribution costs to identify saving opportunities
• Lead and mentor logistics, warehouse, transportation, and supply chain teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Industrial Operations
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading and managing teams
• Strong experience within manufacturing, industrial, or heavy industry environments
• Proven expertise in warehousing, inventory control, and transportation planning
• Strong understanding of import/export processes and customs clearance
• Experience with ERP systems and supply chain reporting tools
• Fluent English communication skills; Arabic is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC markets
• CSCP, CLTD, or CPIM certifications
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
• CILT Certifications
