About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
  • Manage inbound and outbound logistics to ensure efficient movement of raw materials and finished goods.
  • Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and stock control.
  • Improve inventory accuracy and monitor slow-moving, obsolete, or excess stock.
  • Manage transportation planning, route optimization, and third-party logistics (3PL) performance.
  • Oversee import/export activities, customs clearance, freight forwarding, and shipping documentation.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to drive cost optimization.
  • Develop SOPs and implement process controls to improve operational efficiency and cost management.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor logistics, warehouse, and transportation teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Logistics or Supply Chain within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership or people-management role.
  • Expertise in Warehouse Management, Inventory Control, and Transportation Planning.
  • Strong knowledge of import/export processes, customs clearance, and freight operations.
  • Proven experience working with ERP systems and supply chain reporting tools.
  • Fluent English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in the Saudi Arabia or GCC markets.
  • Professional certifications such as CSCP, CLTD, CPIM, or CILT.
  • Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) certification.
  • Proficiency in the Arabic language.
