Logistics Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including inbound, manufacturing top-up, and outbound activities
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse team members to maintain high performance
• Coordinate on-site operations with external vendors and 3PL providers
• Manage daily Production Processing Order (PRO) management including picking and packing
• Monitor 3PL performance against KPIs and SLAs
• Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Prepare operational reports including Deviations, Non-Compliance, and HSE Incident Reports
• Manage inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock reconciliation in SAP
• Arrange and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and documentation

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations in a supervisory role
• Experience in a pharmaceutical, biomedical, or GMP-regulated environment
• Proven track record in managing 3PL relationships
• Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with SAP HANA/EWM and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
