Logistics Supervisor PV

Responsibilities

• Coordinate material deliveries, storage, and distribution for PV and BESS projects
• Develop and implement site logistics plans aligned with construction schedules
• Manage warehouse operations and inventory control processes
• Coordinate transportation of equipment and materials to site
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to prevent delays
• Liaise with suppliers, procurement teams, and construction managers
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and site logistics procedures
• Optimize material handling processes to reduce downtime and inefficiencies
• Track and report logistics KPIs and site supply performance
• Support project teams in forecasting material requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience in logistics management within construction, infrastructure, or utility-scale energy projects
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and supply chain coordination
• Experience managing site logistics for large-scale projects
• Ability to work on-site in Dallas, Texas
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with U.S. safety standards and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics management tools
• Availability for occasional travel depending on project needs

• Experience supporting PV (Photovoltaic) or BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) projects
