Logistics Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead the warehouse operational team, promoting development, engagement, and talent retention in a safe environment.
• Support the planning and execution of operations to ensure productivity, quality, and service level goals are met.
• Supervise receiving, storage, picking, shipping, reverse logistics, and after-sales activities.
• Manage operations across different shifts, including team sizing, absenteeism control, and productivity monitoring.
• Oversee e-commerce and DTC operations to ensure service levels, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Implement continuous improvements in processes and layout using Lean and 5S concepts.
• Monitor and report operational KPIs to support decision-making and process optimization.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies, including conducting audits and investigating incidents.

Requirements

• Degree in Logistics, Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
• Proven experience in e-commerce and reverse logistics operations.
• Previous experience in team management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Practical knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
