Logistics Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Warehouse/Shipping team and create standard work for job duties
• Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives through Kaizen, TPM, and 5S
• Develop and maintain a winning culture reflective of KDP core values and competencies
• Ensure associate compliance with GMP, PPE, company safety rules, and OSHA regulations
• Manage warehouse/shipping work schedules, time recording, and KPI tracking
• Drive associate engagement through servant leadership and clear communication
• Generate and complete timely reports, including incident/accident and coaching reports
• Perform daily warehouse maintenance checks on safety equipment, dock doors, and forklifts

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Warehouse Management, Inventory, or Operations
• 3+ years of experience in a strong leadership role supervising front-line employees
• 3+ years of experience with SAP or similar inventory and financial cost management systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing or Six Sigma techniques
• Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field preferred
