Logistics Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily logistics operations including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and distribution
• Lead, train, and develop logistics team members to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and customer service departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations
• Optimize logistics processes to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Experience in logistics supervision or a related field
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and logistics software
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills specific to logistics operations
• Ability to manage teams and coordinate cross-functional activities effectively
• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or protected status under asylum/refugee status)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety standards in logistics
• Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives
