Logistics Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage operational workforce by anticipating needs, defining job descriptions, and organizing training
• Oversee workforce acquisition, including weekly planning, shift scheduling, and personnel administration
• Implement health and safety requirements and provide expertise on workstation ergonomics
• Manage warehouse operations, including storage optimization, inventory control, and internal logistics
• Monitor storage conditions such as temperature and humidity to ensure equipment integrity
• Oversee building and facilities maintenance, including administrative and financial interventions
• Provide technical pre-sales support and expertise regarding audiovisual (AV) requirements

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or operational supervision
• Proven expertise in workforce planning, shift scheduling, and replacement management
• Experience managing multicultural, shift-based teams
• Strong knowledge of health and safety standards and best practices
• Proficiency in ERP or warehouse management software and inventory control systems
• Ability to work effectively within a diverse, international environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in audiovisual (AV), media, or production environments
• Previous exposure to ergonomic assessment and workstation optimization
• Familiarity with AV logistics or production workflows
• Valid forklift certification
